To date, 14,441 children have participated in the youth camps organized annually by the Ministry of Family and Social Services for children under protection and care.

According to a statement released by the Ministry, nature and sea-themed youth camps are organized at various intervals throughout the year in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
Thanks to the camps, children spend their vacation periods with various social, cultural and sportive activities.
Sea and pool activities, horse riding, mountain biking, paintball, handicrafts, excursions, folk dances, rope course, canoeing, mangala, matrak, mini golf, archery, rafting, street games and sports activities are also carried out in the youth camps where various trainings are provided by expert trainers.
To date, 14,441 children under protection and care have benefited from the youth camps, which are divided into two parts, summer and winter, and include cultural activities such as theater and music events and trekking.
While a total of 278 children benefited from Osmaniye Aslantaş Nature Camp and Mersin Silifke Sea Camp in the winter period of this year, plans are being made for Hatay Arsuz and Mersin Silifke Sea Camps, Samsun Nebiyan, Ladik and Sakarya Pamukova Nature Camps for the summer period of 2024.
