Y.M., who did not obey the light and sound warnings of the teams, was filmed cutting the ropes of the double longboat while escaping, leaving it in the sea and covering its license plate. The boat owner was caught and an administrative fine of 66 thousand 114 liras was imposed for the offenses determined within the framework of the ‘Fisheries Law’ numbered 1380, and 3 sacks of snails on the boat were released into the sea.
