The Ministry of National Education (MoNE) submitted 67,284 comments and suggestions to the new curriculum draft, which it called the “Education Model for the Turkish Century”, for public opinion between April 26 and May 10.

The Ministry of National Education (MoNE) presented the new curriculum draft, which it called the “Education Model for the Turkish Century”, for public opinion between April 26 and May 10. During this period, a total of 67,284 opinions and suggestions were submitted to the draft prepared for all levels of education. MoNE had initially planned to keep this process open for one week on April 26, but due to the overwhelming interest, it extended this period until May 10.

Minister of National Education Yusuf Tekin encouraged education stakeholders to actively participate and the draft was reportedly downloaded 1,662,780 times during the process. All comments and suggestions received will be evaluated by the Ministry of National Education’s Board of Education and Discipline.
