Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca announced that the rate of appointment attendance has increased thanks to the approved system
Launched on Monday, May 13, the approved appointment system has facilitated access to healthcare services and increased appointment attendance rates. Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca stated that the new system is working smoothly and that there has been a significant increase in appointment attendance rates. In particular, he emphasized that the unused capacity due to last-minute cancellations in the past is now being utilized more effectively. Minister Koca stated that they will announce the one-month results next month to evaluate the success of the new system and that they will work to provide citizens with faster access to healthcare services in the meantime. He stated that branch-based evaluations are being made in hospitals and that efforts are underway to ensure that citizens can access healthcare services in all branches.
In the approved appointment system, appointments can be made to health institutions through the MHRS website, mobile application or ALO 182 call center, and the appointment must be confirmed or canceled one day before the appointment until 20:00.
