In Oltu district of Erzurum, a 53-year-old woman attacked by stray dogs was rescued by bystanders.
Oltu Karayolları Neighborhood Esen Evler Cooperative was attacked by four stray dogs in front of the Esen Evler Cooperative and Hülya Altınok (53) fell down the stairs and broke her arm and nose. Hülya Altunok’s arm and nose were put in plaster at Oltu State Hospital. Hülya Altınok, who was attacked by four stray dogs while leaving her house and going to her father’s house around 19.30 yesterday evening, said, “The municipality should find a solution to these stray dogs as soon as possible. I was hurt and others should not be hurt. I am afraid to go out on the street.”
