In Mumbai, India, a dust storm caused a 30-meter-high billboard to topple onto a gas station, killing 14 people and injuring 75.
Dozens of people were trapped as vehicles were trapped under the billboard. As rescue efforts continue, municipal officials said the death toll has risen to 14 and 31 of the 75 people hospitalized have been discharged.
