Central Bank total reserves increased by 1 billion 406 million dollars in the week ending May 31.
Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) announced the Weekly Money and Banking Statistics. Accordingly, the total reserves of the Central Bank increased by 1 billion 406 million dollars in the week ending May 31 and became 143 billion 648 million dollars. Gross foreign exchange reserves increased by 1 billion 144 million dollars from 82 billion 765 million dollars to 83 billion 909 million dollars. Gold reserves, on the other hand, increased by 264 million dollars in the week ending May 31, rising from 59 billion 476 million dollars to 59 billion 740 million dollars.
