The Israeli army withdrew from the northern occupied West Bank city of Jenin and the Jenin Refugee Camp after two days of military attacks.

Eyewitnesses said in a statement that the Israeli army completely withdrew from Jenin city and camp this morning, after launching military attacks on the morning of May 21.

Eyewitnesses said that hundreds of Palestinians started returning to their homes and properties in Jenin Refugee Camp after the withdrawal of the Israeli army.

In a written statement released by the Palestinian Ministry of Health yesterday, it was announced that the number of Palestinians killed in the attacks launched by the Israeli army on Jenin on May 21 rose to 11.
