The second system verification test of the Kemankeş 2 Mini Smart Cruise Missile, indigenously and indigenously developed by Baykar, was successfully completed within the scope of the test schedule.

The testing process of the Kemankeş 2 Mini Smart Cruise Missile continues at the Baykar Flight Training Center in Keşan, Edirne. The mini smart cruise missile, which can stay in the air for about 1 hour, will be able to show effectiveness against the most risky targets behind enemy lines by traveling rapidly thanks to its jet engine. The cruise missile, which has a mission range of 200+ kilometers, will be able to recognize its target thanks to its artificial intelligence-supported optical guidance system, and will have the ability to destroy it with pinpoint accuracy even in harsh weather conditions.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SUPPORTED

The mini smart cruise missile is aimed to change the balance on the battlefield by performing autonomous flight with its artificial intelligence-supported autopilot system and neutralizing strategic targets with high precision.

Kemankeş 2, which can be used in day and night conditions, will be able to operate without being affected by electronic jamming thanks to its anti-jamming technology. Kemankeş 2 will provide support to the user in data tracking by transmitting all the data and images it obtains to the ground control station.

EXHIBITED FOR THE FIRST TIME AT TECHNOFEST

Kemankeş 1, the first version of the mini smart cruise missile developed indigenously and indigenously by Baykar to be used against strategic targets, was exhibited publicly for the first time at TEKNOFEST 2023, held at Atatürk Airport between April 27 and May 1. The first firing test of Kemankeş 1 was successfully completed on June 14, 2023 by firing from the Bayraktar TB2 UCAV.
