Greek team Panathinaikos has suspended national star Samet Akaydin after he posted a post on May 19. Akaydin is expected to be in Turkey shortly.
National footballer Samet Akaydin, who plays for Panathinaikos, who recently parted ways with coach Fatih Terim, shared a photo with Atatürk on his social media account on May 19, Youth and Sports Day. Panathinaikos Club warned Samet Akaydın to remove his post.
When Samet Akaydın did not remove the Ataturk post, he was suspended.
According to the Greek press, Samet Akaydın decided to return to Turkey after his suspension.
