President Erdoğan said, “Turkey will never allow the separatist organization to establish a terrorist state in the north of Syria and Iraq, just beyond its southern borders.”
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan participated in the Ephesus-2024 Exercise.
President Erdoğan said, “No country is targeted in the Efes-2024 exercise. Our exercise is being conducted with a generic scenario based on a peace support operation. (Efes-2024) We have the opportunity to use the domestic and national systems that have recently entered the inventory in the exercise. We will test 33 different weapons, vehicles and systems for the first time.”
“We are ready for dialogue, contact and strengthening our ties with anyone who respects Turkey’s interests and wants to develop cooperation with us,” President Erdoğan said.
“We do not harbor hostility and prejudice against any country. We have no eyes on anyone’s territory and sovereign rights.”
“(Defense industry) Last year, we exported 230 types of products to 185 countries, reaching exports of 5.5 billion dollars, and signed new contracts worth 10 billion 240 million dollars,” President Erdoğan said.
President Erdoğan said, “Recently, we have taken many important steps to increase the number of our friends. God willing, we will continue on our way with new initiatives.”
Erdoğan added the following:
“We closely follow the terrorist organization’s aggressive actions against the territorial integrity of our country and Syria under the pretext of the referendum. Turkey will never allow the separatist organization to establish a terrorist state in the north of Syria and Iraq just beyond its southern borders.”
President Erdoğan said, “(DAESH) We know very well what is wanted to be done through this organization and what kind of game is being played in our region. We do not fall for these juggles, we do not give any premium.”
Erdoğan continued as follows:
“When it comes to the territorial integrity of our country and the security of our nation, we do not listen to anyone, we do not bow down to any threat. (Fight against terrorism) We have already done what needs to be done in the face of fait accompli, and we will not hesitate to take action if we face the same situation.”
President Erdoğan: “(Israel’s Rafah attack) The airstrike on the refugee camp was the end of humanity. There can be no justification that can justify such an atrocity.”
“Killing 36 thousand people (in Gaza), injuring more than 80 thousand innocents, raining bombs on civilians waiting for food is not war, it is genocide,” Erdoğan said.
