The indictment was accepted by Ankara 32nd High Criminal Court and the first hearing will be held on July 1. The defendants will be tried on charges of “premeditated murder”, “attempted murder”, “instigating the crime” and “aiding the crime”.
Eray Özyağcı, who is said to be the triggerman of the assassination, and the 22 arrested people, including Doğukan Çep, Tolgahan Demirbaş, Emre Yüksel, lawyer Serdar Öktem and three police officers, will be held accountable before the court.
