It was announced that Apple Intelligence will have the ability to send context-oriented notifications, create AI-supported images, and perform cross-app tasks, while it was emphasized that the system will utilize private servers using Apple chips and cloud-based models to ensure the security of user data.
Siri will be integrated into ChatGPT
Announcing new features to be brought to the intelligent personal assistant Siri, Apple announced that it will collaborate with ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence chatbot, to provide a better user experience. Siri integration with ChatGPT will first come to iOS 18, iPadOS 18 and macOS Sequoia devices, while the software updates will be available in the fall.
Smartphones will be projected on computer screens
“Apple Vision Pro”, a wearable virtual reality glasses developed by Apple that works with voice commands and eye and hand tracking, will be released in 8 more countries, while the product will go on sale in China, Japan and Singapore on June 28 and in Australia, Canada, France, Germany and the UK on July 12. Customizations and privacy updates for smartphones were also introduced at the event, and information was given about what can be done with the “macOS Sequoia” update. Thanks to the “mirroring” feature that will come with this version, it was noted that iPhone phones can be used on the computer screen.
New features for smartwatches
On the other hand, it was noted that with the smartwatch “watchOS 11”, Apple Watch’s health tracking features will be strengthened and users will be able to manage blood pressure data in much more detail. It was stated that the new Apple Watches will also contribute to hypertension measurement.
