The bungalow houses with 5 pools built within the scope of a project in Çatalca Akalan Neighborhood disappeared with a surprising incident.
Allegedly, a debt debt issue between the person who built the bungalows and one of the shareholders led to the theft of the houses with their pools by the creditor.
When the owners visited the bungalows a few days ago, they found a shocking sight. Seeing only pebbles in the place of their houses, the owners immediately reported the situation to the gendarmerie. Gendarmerie teams started a detailed investigation into the theft, but the homeowners have difficulty explaining what happened.
Enis Onat, one of the bungalow owners, expressed the situation they experienced in the following words:
“I bought this place about a year ago. It was a boutique site with five houses and it was a very nice concept. One day one of our neighbors called me and told me that the houses were dismantled. When we came and looked, we saw that the pools had been stolen down to the plumbing. The biggest reason we bought these houses was that they had a door number, having a door number meant that they were official. Just like you have a house in the city, you can think of this place in the same way. They brought cranes and trucks here and stole them in this way. One of the people who did this is one of the shareholders here. We found him and he told us that he had financial problems with the person who built the houses. We filed a complaint, and we hope it will be finalized quickly. With each passing time, the possibility of our houses and other belongings disappearing increases.”
Cahit Üçüncü, another bungalow owner, expressed what happened in the following words:
“As a homeowner here, we are one of the first to hear about this incident. We were shocked because everything disappeared in an instant. We applied to the gendarmerie and now we are waiting for justice.”
