TOKİ application period has started for housing and workplace sales in 36 provinces. The price information of TOKİ houses and workplaces to be sold in metropolitan cities was also shared. TOKİ will sell houses and workplaces in 36 provinces with easy financing opportunities with the 2024 application process. Citizens will be able to apply for TOKİ housing and workplaces, whose area, price and location information are shared, through Emlak Auction website. The deadline for application is Thursday, May 30.
TOKİ will auction 16 houses and 183 workplaces in 36 provinces on May 31. Buyers will be able to purchase the houses with 25% down payment and 72 months maturity, and the workplaces with 15% down payment and 60 months maturity.
According to the information received from TOKİ, buyers will be able to buy the houses offered for sale in Istanbul, Balıkesir, Çorum, Konya, Eskişehir, Afyonkarahisar, Zonguldak, Rize, Siirt, Tunceli and Kars with 25% down payment and 72 months maturity.
Workplaces offered for sale in Tekirdağ, Kırklareli, Balıkesir, Ankara, Yalova, Çankırı, Eskişehir, Kayseri, Konya, Nevşehir, Afyonkarahisar, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Isparta, Diyarbakır, Sinop, Sivas, Kütahya, Osmaniye, Burdur, Adana, Elazığ, Kastamonu, Trabzon, Giresun, Uşak, Kars, Kırşehir and Şanlıurfa can be purchased with a down payment of 15% and a 60-month term.
The auctions to be held on Friday, May 31 will be held at The Green Park Hotel in Ankara and TOKİ Istanbul Service Building.
Bids can also be submitted via the Emlak Auction website. Registrations for internet participation will be taken until 14:00 on May 30, 2024.
