The Ministry of National Defense made a statement on the plane that crashed after taking off for training in Kayseri. In the statement, it was stated that an SF-260D type training aircraft belonging to the Air Force Command, which took off from Kayseri 12th Air Transportation Main Base Command for training, crashed for an undetermined reason.
Search and rescue operations have been launched and the cause of the fall is being investigated.
The Ministry of National Defense announced that two pilots on board the crashed training aircraft were martyred.
