Turkish Airlines (THY) has published an announcement for the recruitment of second pilot candidate candidates to be trained in line with its growth targets.
Commenting on the recruitment, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of THY, said, “As the airline flying to the most destinations in the world, we continue to increase our fleet and number of employees in line with our strong financial structure and future goals. By the end of 2024, we aim to increase our family of 75 thousand people to 85 thousand with the recruitments we will make together with our subsidiaries. As always, we will continue to fly our flag proudly in the skies in the coming period.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL RECEIVE TWO YEARS OF TRAINING
Within the scope of the Take-Off Cadet announcement opened for second pilot candidates to be trained, all undergraduate graduates, regardless of their department, born between 31.12.2003 – 01.01.1994 will be able to apply to join the Turkish Airlines family. Candidates who are successful in the recruitment process will receive training for 2 years. During the training, candidates will benefit from 2 gross minimum wage salary, accommodation, rental assistance, meal card, insurance and discounted ticket rights.
