According to the latest data from the General Directorate of Meteorology; air temperatures are expected to drop in the northern and interior parts.
The General Directorate of Meteorology shared the latest weather forecasts. According to the forecasts, the northern and eastern parts of our country and the inner regions of the Mediterranean will be partly and partly cloudy. Local showers and thundershowers are expected around the Central Black Sea coasts, Eastern Black Sea, northern Eastern Anatolia, Sinop, Tokat, eastern Van and Hakkari. Other regions will pass with low clouds and clear skies.
Precipitation is expected to be very strong especially on the coasts of Giresun, Rize and Artvin, and strong around Ordu and Trabzon.
Air temperatures are expected to decrease in the northern and interior regions, while remaining above seasonal norms elsewhere.
The wind will be effective in the Marmara region and will generally blow from the north with light, occasionally moderate force. However, the wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) in Marmara, North Aegean coasts and Eastern Anatolia.
