Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti, who will play the UEFA Champions League final against Germany’s Borussia Dortmund on June 1, said that Arda Güler could be one of the players he will use depending on the situation in the match.
Real Madrid Club organized a press day event at their sports facilities in Madrid ahead of the Champions League final.
Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti, upon a question about Arda Güler, who has not played in any Champions League match this season and has no experience in the final, said: “Arda has shown his talent and qualities in recent matches. He played with almost 100 percent. He can also be useful for the final match on Saturday. Arda is one of the options we have.”
Ancelotti also emphasized that they “showed that they had a successful season” by reaching the final and said, “Now we will enjoy it until Saturday. We have done good things,” he said.

“We don’t think we are the favorites,” Ancelotti said, “Borussia Dortmund showed that they are a good team. They eliminated PSG and Atletico Madrid. Real Madrid is a very special club, born for this type of tournament.”
The Italian coach, who will play in the Champions League final for the 6th time in his career as a manager and has won this trophy 4 times so far, said, “We have the same excitement in every final. My enthusiasm has never diminished. My team also gives me a lot of confidence.”
